HyperScript™ RT Master Mix

HyperScript™ RT Master Mix is a pre-mixed solution ready to use for Reverse Transcriptase(RT) reaction. This master mix contains all components required for RT reaction, such as reaction buffer, dNTPs, RNase inhibitor and stabilizer in addition to the enzyme which is an advanced version of M-MLV reverse transcriptase.

Synthesis efficiency

  • Synthesizable capability up to 8 kb
  • Temp. range for cDNA synthesis : 42~55°C (Optimal temperature : 50°C)

Easy to use

  • 2X solution type : contains all components required for cDNA synthesis.
  • Provided with Oligo (dT)20 and random hexamer.

Applications

  • Suitable for cDNA synthesis using either total RNA or poly(A)-selected RNA, primed with oligo dT, random primer or a gene specific primer.
