AllEx® Plant DNA/RNA Kit is designed for efficient extraction of genomic DNA and total RNA simultaneously from a single plant sample using AllEx®64 Automated Nucleic Acid Extraction System. Special formulation of reagents and magnetic particles is effective over a wide range of plants including leaf, seed, root, bulb and bark. The extracted DNA/RNA is of excellent quality and compatible with a number of downstream applications including PCR, qPCR, and RT-PCR.
