Exgene™ Stool-Bead DNA

GeneAll® Exgene™ Stool-Bead DNA는 분변 샘플에서 total DNA를 분리하는 편리한 방법을 제공합니다. 이 키트는 최적화된 buffer, silica binding technology와 더불어 신규 개발된 glass bead beating technology를 기반으로 많은 응용 분야에 적합한 핵산 정제를 가능하게 합니다. 분변 샘플에 포함된 불순물을 효과적으로 제거하여 숙주 및 미생물 세포에서 기존 제품 대비 고농도/고순도 DNA를 정제할 수 있는 제품입니다. 샘플은 최대 200 mg까지 적용할 수 있으며, 25분 안에 정제 가능합니다.
